Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing includes verifying payment, picking and packing your items, and handing the package to the carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address.

Free shipping on orders over $99.

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will try to update it before the order ships.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships. You can use it to follow your package until delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.

For damaged items, please include your order number and photos of the package and the product so we can resolve it quickly.
